Shield-shape #3

By now it will be obvious that I'm a sucker for the shield shape. Here is my third contribution in that shape: a CD inlay/cover for Relax, a Dutch hiphop(hippop?)-outfit. Done with coloured paper-cut-outs, a favourite technique of mine. You might call it 'Flintstone-photoshopping' with glue and scissors.

  1. With such nice techniques to put color in your artwork, I wonder what you would come up with in Photoshop. Did you experiment with photoshop too?

  2. Hardly. When I do a skilled friend helps me out. Although I own a Mac since early 2006 I can't seem to understand how to use layers. Matter of having a scattered mind, I guess. And a resentment towards hip toys that still is lingering.

  3. Hoi Peter,

Mijn aanbod om je een keer wegwijs te maken in Photoshop staat nog steeds hoor, just keep it in mind.

    Groet!

  4. Peter heeft volgens mij geen Photoshop nodig, als ik deze fantastische illustratie keer op keer bekijk...
