JJ Voskuil
His eyebrows are a tad too dark to my linking. The sketches were better. But I could hardly see the monitor in front of me while I was doing the colouring. I was suffering from a terrible cold, it's not much better even now.
Well, all I can say that this is another jewel you can add to your collection of other gems made for the NRC. And thank God my NRC showed mister Voskuil in color today!
7 is right! It's great to see, in your sketchbook, how your work from the left-hand-top to the right-hand-bottom evolves from vague resemblance to an accurate soul-felt likeness, every time! You should win that award that was mentioned in the NRC (a paper I still read although last summer it fired me in an amazing way...) Bless you! Gezondheid!
