This is probably the 9th season I'm drawing the comic 'prof Oja-Aha' for childrens magazine Taptoe. This episode explains what kind of tricks are used in movies. It's page 1 of 2, so be sure to buy a Taptoe to see how it ends... (I'm kidding, it's not for sale, you 'd have to be in a dutch school to get it.

Illustration of a so-called patent-troll (a company that buys patents to gain profit). Patent trials are often held in the state of Texas, because the jurisdiction is more flexible there regarding this subject matter.

The briefing for this VPRO TV guide cover illustration was simple: "We want you to draw something incorporating books and music".
This picture is what I came up with. It Illustrates the recently held Crossing Border Festival in the Hague, a festival that explores the boundaries between literature and music. So there you go..
